      This place literally offers nothing for employees looking for a career or professional development.

      Cons

      I could not of dreamt of a worst experience. The department I was in operated on a fear based culture and offered no career development. I would not recommend to anyone who is looking to be successful. BY far the worst place to be employed in Nashville.

      Like most large companies, culture is king and there's a lot of opportunity to get involved in areas outside your normal work. Mostly great work life balance.

      Cons

      In the finance org, little room for upward mobility unless you're a favorite of senior leadership. It used to feel like a large, private company where everyone knew everyone. Now there's a lot more turnover as people realize they can't climb or develop. Great stepping stone to employment outside the company.
