Pros

I was lucky enough to get a good location and a great store manager. You can be late all the time and still work there as long as your a hard worker, (not that I was ever late). People are given multiple chances before being fired. Their hours are legit, Latest I would stay is 7pm and 5pm on weekends. Overtime is given every week, I worked 53 hrs one week but I have heard of people getting 75 hrs a week when short handed. You get paid time in a half for overtime. Basically it's a job that pays the bills and that's pretty much it unless you make management. They offer training courses and you will be expected to complete online courses monthly even if on your off time.

Cons

The people that work there are mostly without degrees and have attitude problems. Anytime someone with a strong resume comes there they normally leave the company within a few months. Tires plus is trying to attract educated people and veterans, but it more suits kids just getting out of high school. There is a lot of shady stuff that goes around in these work facility's that would Not be tolerated in other company's. They should really drug test more. Benefits are not that great, and how your day turns out will depend on your managers mood when he comes in. If you have a degree or military background I would not recommend working here. Also raises are non existent unless you ask and even then you may not get one. If you do finally get a raise after 2 years of employment they may hire a new guy with your same position making more than you. People are really taken advantage of here at this company, especially long term employees.

Pros

Great formal training. The CS department really does want you to be successful so they take the time to train, about 4 wks, then assign an account that is the best fit for you. Upper Management does care what you think! They has Leadership luncheons where they randomly pick employees and you get to be as candid as you want. I've never worked for a company that did this. Your opinion does matter, and your suggestions are taken to heart. VIP/Bonus program is great ~ so it's in everyone's best interest to make the company successful.

Cons

Really none there aren't any.....seriously

Red Flag

Pros

The pay mediocre but the bonus would make up for it. When you combine the two though, it is actually what other comparable positions make elsewhere w/o a bonus.

Cons

Health Insurance poor; review system is poor--Hr requires that when managing a group of people, one person should receive and exceeds and one person receives a needs improvement--this is no integrity in this philosophy of rating people--lots of turnover here with this system and are looking for "younger" talent; was told during interviewing process that they do not want anymore "old" people; red flag when hired that there will be "no promotions for you" by a director. Was appalled when I said that you for hiring me, another HR person said "You should thank ____. Although I do not know what he saw in you." Run away if offered anything by these people. This is a red flag!
