Managers say you will be promoted to lead or senior tech just to have them hire someone new a month later No room for promotion within- they falsely advertise this Preferential treatment and highly political Faulty equipment that breaks and almost took off one emoloyees arm and a different employees leg on different occasions of course High turn over rate Managers forgetting to enroll techs for ASE testing, even though they were sent to the ASE class Long hours for little pay Not all jobs charged for by managers, so techs lose out on pay/flat hours Managers get upset for taking lunch Health Insurance is way too expensive (family plan is over $100/week) Mandatory uniform cleaning service fee (but somehow they never return your uniforms so you are paying a fee for a service that you are not using)

Shifts management around too much. Keep C level managers in place longer.
