      pay was good for interns but full time offer was insulting, support in stores

      great environment for interacting with customer.

      Cons

      lack of training to new employees prior to hire. Salary not worth the extensive work load, and management not actually showing leadership. have no structure in place to help employees maintain consistency when it comes to doing the job appropriately.
