      None, this company is absolutely horrible.

      Cons

      Great place to work at first. You are told everything you want to hear, so you can be sold on to coming on board. Once you are in the door everything changes. The corporate states it promotes a work life balance, but the region directives show otherwise. You are unable to fulfill your job duties, due to being short staff and performing other job functions to support sales goals. But that is not an excuse as to why your job is not being 100% executed.

      A very honest company that doesn't rip customers off.

      Cons

      Not the greatest training program I've seen. You do have to know something about cars to advance.

      Great people and good work-life balance. Bridgestone takes good care of their staff, encouraging innovation and collaboration while providing strong benefits to provide a good work-life balance

      Cons

      The positions are challenging and will require hard work and solid skills to be successful. Some staff do not own their responsibilities to the same degree as others in the company. This can lead to a feeling that some are having to work harder to support the business by picking up the slack of others.
