Pros

All of the higher ups throughout the company are very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Company offers very low cost benefits available day of hire. Compensation is decent. Company offers growth as long as you are willing to work hard for it. Great employee discounts. Customer service oriented company.

Cons

There is poor communication between everyone in the company. As a store manager, I always received various feedback on rules or regulations on how to handle situations. The company is not supportive to new managers. I had many questions when becoming a new store manager, but was kind of left to fend for myself even when reaching out to my "provided resources " that were not too helpful. I was given a location over 60 miles each way from my home and when I asked for a transfer (even if it meant being demoted) my request was ignored due to "staffing availability". Instead I was terminated. This company will turn their back on you very quickly. I would not recommend becoming a store manager here. You work ridiculous hours, do not get your "bonus" unless your store is making crazy money, (The service and tire manager can receive one even if the manager is not), Bridgestone hands you a store and tells you to "own it", but then does not have your back when you are trying to "own it" and make certain decisions. If hired stay as a tire or service manager. These jobs are where the money is, without putting yourself in jeopardy for others infractions.
