      Great products, HONEST company to customers

      Cons

      Told I would be making $55k and I am going to be lucky to get $38k. Bonuses are far too difficult to make and the customer service bonus is insane, i.e. they rate us on a scale of 1-10, but if a customer gives us a 7 or below, Bridgestone counts it as a ZERO, killing our chances to get the bonus we should be most seeking! Y'know, the one that makes sure we take care of the CUSTOMER!!!

      People there are great, learn a lot of information that is helpful in life, they treat the interns very pampered

      Cons

      This position is designed to become a store manager, if you have other ambitions with the company- chances are slim

      Great company culture. A lot of support from management. Training and education for advancement opportunities are available to those who excel.

      Cons

      Retail hours mean you will be working till 7 or later. Weekend shifts are required. Big learning curve if you have no automotive experience.
