Pros
You can learn about different parts of the company. Depending on Manager, have flexible hours. Also, depending on the Manager, can suggest better ways to do your job.
Cons
Responsibilities are not in balance. Some have a lot of work to do and others do as little as possible. You are qualified as a temp to do a job, but if you don't have a degree (in anything! Doesn't matter if it has anything to do with your job) you will NEVER be hired.
