These company stores located in Longview are poorly organized, stocked and staffed, none of which is of fault by employees without a management title. They have the poorest communication with customers AND employees. There are numerous flaws in the management including threatening, degradation to customers and age/gender discrimination. The management collection are not fit to manage while loosing their temper on the employees due to "stress from customers" and piling on theirs and others' work responsibilities on to the cheapest labored employee. A worse place to work than Walmart if not just for the lack of promises in interviews such as training.

Pay rate for an intern not the best, not a lot of structure to co-op program, certain managers can be difficult to deal with, must show up at 7 o'clock sharp. Also stipend not enough for having to move into some of the expensive apartments in the Aiken area.
