      Liberia's biggest private employer. World largest natural rubber company. Provides housing, education and health services to employees and their families.

      Cons

      Pay very low below minimum wage.

      Pros

      Excellent products and an ongoing mandate to upgrade/improve any and all systems. Many great teammates that treat you with respect. Excellent benefits and working environment.

      Cons

      Senior Management is short sighted and somewhat incestuous. Many decisions are reactionary to "patch" perceived issues. Despite an excellent team, those not in the small Senior Management circle (Nashville HO) are not really valued despite lip service to the contrary.
