      Leading Professional organization which firmly follows the true values, Mission of the Japanese Culture. Bridgestone North America leads by example and is indeed the Company to work for.

      Pros

      Friendly, relatively informative supervisors and management. Great workmates. Huge focus on safety. Rostered days off and 5 weeks holiday (although, the extra week holiday isn't free. We still have to work the hours)

      Cons

      Hot, smelly and repetitive work. Wage is pretty so-so, considering we are working with dangerous equipment. Machines are always breaking down as they are pretty old or not engineered to suit the task.
