Develop a better understanding of yourself - your strengths and weaknesses, working around smart and capable people and not having to worry about coworkers not pulling their weight. Lackluster performers will be gone before you can sneeze if they somehow get hired. But get in your own groove, and you quite possibly can teach yourself how to do amazing things with the resources available.
Cons
Salary significantly lower than market average. Psychological warfare. An implicit caste system based on degree of family wealth and where you went to undergraduate school. If you don't meet the hush hush requirements of this caste system you will be pushed out - no development or management/guidance, being told that you're not good enough to be there, implicit and direct threats of being kicked out.
