      Reverse commute in my case, free meals. Smart people, career development, stimulating environment (also a con at times, too much reflection and self diagnosing)

      Cons

      Too much community and socializing with co-workers, culture "homework", over analyzing.

      Pros

      The culture is good in theory when you find the right manager. The benefits have stayed fairly good but used to be much better.

      Cons

      The culture has developed lots of subcultures and agendas of more recent management hires who want to recreate what they had at other companies rather than embrace what the culture is truly about.

      -Compensation -Benefits -Opportunity to 'climb the ladder'

      Cons

      -Can be bureaucratic -Challenging to accomplish goals; sometimes can feel like you have to carry the weight all on your own -No teamwork -Sourcing/hiring is almost impossible
