The employee rating system takes the lowest score and makes it your whole score. So if 4/5 clinicians give you a 5 but one gives you a 2 your rating is a 2. The performance expectations vary from clinician to clinician based on their way of doing things so you have to be everyone’s favorite - which can be VERY political depending on the clinician. It doesn’t matter how long you stay through employee turnovers they’re not as loyal as you think. The pay and hours aren’t enough to save up anything - barely enough to scrape by if you’re a penny pincher.
