Hello, we take comments like these seriously and want to iterate that because the safety and strengthening of our clients, families, and employees are of utmost importance to us, any concerns about unethical treatment are taken to our DEI and Ethics Committee Boards. We do understand that UTBS is not for everyone - we promote growth, coaching, and excellence, which can lead to uncomfortable growing pains for some. As for those who have had issues with their contractual agreements, we want to be clear that of the thousands of contracts, only four have been enforced legally. If former UTBS employees want to go somewhere else and do so in good faith and honor their voluntary agreements, they are able to. Thank you again, UTBS Operations.
