Bridgewell offers opportunity for growth, and it can be a company that can help someone feel purposeful in the mission of helping individuals with special needs.

Cons

-Pay is low! Similar jobs are paying significantly more especial since COVID became a factor. And now with inflation bridgewell is losing a lot of staff, and real talent for the work. -Assistant managers wages are to close to program manager wages.

Very flexible schedule- If you are good at prioritizing your work load you will have time to study ( great job if you are planning to go back to school)

Cons

the on call salary monthly 3.5 hour "program service" meetings

Benefits and time off are good could be a bit better though

Pay for the amount of work they require that you do is a bit much and they require a degree but don't want to pay you more for having one.
