-Pay is low! Similar jobs are paying significantly more especial since COVID became a factor. And now with inflation bridgewell is losing a lot of staff, and real talent for the work. -Assistant managers wages are to close to program manager wages.

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Cons

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.
