I enjoyed the residents I worked for. I like working with everyone, going out into community, and being an advocate for the people that need it.

Cons

Lack of competent management, lack of care/interest in the residents, and they treat employees horribly!! The pay is shameful. We take care of the most vulnerable, yet we get paid less than a McDonald’s employees.

Benefits other than that nothing.

Cons

Doing the job of 3 people for the pay of 1 to an already underpaid position. Lack of competent leadership. Expect you to go over your hours despite being salary. Not able to take a sick day. Running on an unsafe skeleton crew and no one cares. Absolute incompetence all around, no help. Run you were warned.

Some houses are good very few

Cons

All about politics. They cover up abuse. Do the absolute minimum. Take advantage of every situation. Clients are manipulated by staff who have worked there a long time. Inappropriate relations between management. Don't adhere to any state regulation. And will lie to cover it up. Clients are a numbers. It's about money. Staff sit in their butts and do nothing.
