a lot of flexibiity, ability to grow within and meet new people and have some experience

Cons

the job is far from my location. i want to change my focus and focus on the accounting aspect of the position which Bridgewell do not offer

Good pay for the industry and time off

Cons

Staffing ratio to client is very low. You are expected to work without back up. It seems like it's more about the money certain clients bring in than proper staffing ratio.

Opportunity to work with wonderful clients Decent benefits (although these were just cut back on too). Once a year company barbecue?

Cons

Poor retention due to a hostile work environment. Too much work as a result of covering multiple position vacancies, with no support and extremely poor pay
