Pros

Training opportunities, good induction when followed through

Cons

Managers are completely useless - that's if they even turn up to work. Complaints about managers are ignored and serious issues are brushed under the carpet. Regional managers do not check up on their leadership teams. Workload is unreasonable - what is expected from staff for the little pay they offer is disgusting. Much of the paperwork is unnecessary and a waste of time - less time spent on what really matters THE CHILDREN! Working for this company is like a prison - for staff and children. So much unnecessary stress. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Good induction, good training courses available on line and full support from Seniors and Management.

Cons

A lot of unnecessary work, we need to create evidence for Ofsted visitors and much of it is not truelly connected with the daily routine.
