CEO has "favorites". Question her integrity of doing the right thing. Question some of the relationships with employees. Good game player.

Great team working on tough challenges, room for growth, strong culture

Cons

A year ago I had some cons (office space, certain organizational leaders, lack of transparency) but am happy to report our new CEO has addressed all the major concerns. We moved offices, we have some amazing new senior leaders, and we've been way more transparent as an organization.

The changes that the new CEO has made have finally set in and they have been positive. Morale is up and people are feeling momentum. It's undeniable that talented, driven and encouraging people continue to join the family.

Cons

We seem to be outgrowing our space - hoping improvements are on the horizon in preparation for the growth we are experiencing.
