Pros

Staffing coordinator tried their best to always keep you assigned to a patient. When one assignment ended, you received a new one in a couple of weeks.

Cons

there are not many cons, if any.

Pros

Working the hours you want and days. The pay and insurance is good. Meeting new people all the time. Union job is a benefit.

Cons

You are on your own, management does not care. They very rarely call you back and you can never get ahold of anyone. Clients pass away and it can be very hard on you. All the company tells you is to not get attached and they like to tell the caregivers that ea job is easy, you just go and sit around and dont do much. They dont tell you the truth because they cant afford to lose any caregivers.

Pros

I enjoy working for this company because I have a very flexible schedule, good training and administration has good communication with the staff and nursing department.

Cons

My only challenge was driving a distance to clients houses, in occasions it seemed a bit far.
