Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here, particularly because of the company’s meaningful mission of helping others. It’s motivating to be part of an organization where the work truly makes a difference, and that purpose is reflected in the way employees show up every day. The culture is one of the company’s greatest strengths. People genuinely care—about the individuals we serve, about doing things the right way, and about supporting one another. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and shared accountability, which makes it a rewarding environment to be part of. The organization also does an excellent job of developing its people. Employees are given opportunities to lead, contribute ideas, and take ownership of their work. Leadership is receptive to feedback and encourages innovation, which helps create a culture where voices are heard and growth is supported. From a workplace perspective, the corporate office is also a big plus. The space is modern, thoughtfully designed for collaboration, and equipped with up-to-date technology that enables us to do our best work. Having amenities like an on-site gym is an added benefit that supports overall well-being. Overall, it’s a company that combines purpose, people, and opportunity in a really meaningful way.

Cons

With any high growth company, there is a fast pace and significant change management

No Trust and Transparency

Pros

Always job openings if you need a job.

Cons

The company offers very expensive health insurance with limited to no value, which was disappointing. Communication from leadership is consistently poor, leaving employees feeling uninformed and unsupported. Additionally, stock in the company that was previously granted to employees was later taken back and repaid at only a fraction of its value, despite no fault on the employees’ part. Overall, this created a lack of trust and transparency in the organization.
