No raises or bonuses, no mileage reimbursement, no cell phone reimbursement, company will slice your pay without much notice due to "budget cuts", no continuum of care for clients and families, money driven, insensitive to the needs of people with disabilities, poor communication from the top, supervisors do not follow through with promises and company doesn't put clients first. Greed and the pursuit of wealth outweighs what is really important.

High stress job, with poor training. No one can ever please the corporate management. No one acknowledges anything employees do.No chance for advancement, raises,no retirement,no 401k,insurance is to expensive,co-pays are outrageous. The more you do, the more is thrown at you to do, little on-going training when policies/procedures are changed.
