      Pros

      You can make a difference in a persons life. Most employees take pride in their work. They are willing to pitch in and help each other. Where I work in the company we are all like family. We are all a strong support for each other. This in return makes a stronger family tree for our consumers to lean on. This company is a Union company for all non -managment employees. There are many homes you can work in. Over time can be made. ReCare is throughout the U.S. and you can transfer with the company. They support our community and participate in many community projects.

      Does not pay as well as other simular companys in the area.

      Pros

      As a stepping stone into the County of Orange to be a Social Worker. The population we serve needs our help and it's rewarding to see people get jobs as a result of our assistance.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of respect regardless of how long you've been there. Low pay and poor, uneducated and young management with little experience in life in general. An unexpected meeting can be called at any given time due to a rumor that is said or hear say.
