-Alot of hours. -good equipment

This company is the kind that hires you to work you until you cant function in normal life anymore, then when your performance obviously goes down they'll look for an excuse to fire you. Their whole hiring process was weird and disjointed, management doesn't explain anything to you and basically once your hired on your on your own. Dont work for this awful business please.
