Pros
Nothing, they do not support what they state in their mission.
Cons
New corporate and unqualified managers/titles popping up every week, higher leadership turnover makes it impossible to know what to do, rude, disrespectful corporate leadership, all about the OTP and making money, could care less about the team members running short staffed but scream about making sure telehealth is done, but no one to do telehealth....corporate leadership constantly and consistently causing drama at center levels to make themselves feel needed/justify the need of 75 million VP's or RDO's to be over 1 area...I think they even had a VP of toilet paper usage...just depends on who you are related to or went to school with, also forced to hire unqualified people from which the share holders have business school "training" programs with. Also, watch if you are over 30, if you are older than that they will treat you as though you are old and don't know anything. The pay is not good for everything they expect each role to do.
