Manager change many times. Pay was way lower than the rest of the market.

The benefits have always been terrible. Between multiple private equity firms and going public, the customer is no longer the primary focus of the business. Work to reduce headcount, streamline the business, and save money year over year have taken much of the joy out of working here.
