Upper management is very out of touch with the landscape industry and makes many important decisions and changes in protocol without asking for input from field managers. Sales bonuses on based on company wide performance not individual sales numbers.

Upper management has had almost 100% turnover in last 3 years. New management is unfamiliar with landscaping industry. Employees with long tenure were fired in favor of new people. Top-Heavy. All the money is going in upper management's pockets. The people who do the most work get the least respect and pay. They suck you dry and then throw you away. New employees are hired at more pay than existing, experienced, loyal, long-time employees.
