Pros

Good medical insurance. The people who like their job make it better.

Cons

Lack of communication, low pay, hostile attitudes. Retaliation when speaking against authority. Executive leadership is too far gone to ever create real change. Management is full of people who accept the status quo and live in fear to speak up to authority.
