You get what you put out, be supportive of team members and other program staff, participating in agency functions and activities, get involve with community activities, be friendly, leaving work at work and personal problems at home. When in need of help ask and offer your help if you can, be thoughtful and caring.

We have annual performance review, however, no cost of living raises.
