Pros

- Remote Work, with hybrid option - PTO - Benefits

Cons

- Extremely Low pay - ZERO opportunity for growth - Encourages growing within the company but it’s also frowned upon when you apply to internal postings - Way too much work. When you lose team members and/or do well at your job, you just acquire more work. -Lots of antiquated processes and systems

Pros

The ability to work from home

Cons

Unfair pay, hiring practices, and advancement opportunities. Focuses on hiring diverse talent but doesn’t care about diverse retention. Typical corporate environment in which opportunities are based on who you mix and mingle with.
