Pros

Technology and Remote work environment.

Cons

No growth opportunity. No bonuses (in distribution/sales), no competitive pay, no defined career path. No career guidance/support. Awards not based on performance, merely promotions given in allotments per team. Hiring is not based on merit or experience and are discriminatory in nature, and is a serious issue that employees are scared to address.

Pros

The interview experience was excellent. Great communication, efficient process, and not overly complicated with too many interviews. My onboarding experience with my team has been amazing. Even though we work remote, you really feel valued and seen by your team and those you work with in the company. It’s the first place I feel I can bring my whole self to work and not try to hide the fact that I’m a wife and mom.

Cons

If you are someone who likes to work in the office, you might find the 100% remote, optional in office as something to get used to.
