- During COVID, our CEO made a very diligent effort to put his employees first and continue to do so. They provided us with financial support for work from home supplies and post-office openings he has given US the choice on whether we want to return or not. - i have been in 2 different positions since starting and each time I felt the environment I was working in was healthy, with the feeling of appreciation from management.

Cons

There is certainly room for growth in lower level positions, but once you get to a certain pay grade (Senior level analysts, consultants) it's tough to continue to move up as there either has to be a re-org or someone leaving the company.

Cons

Terrible Management, No leadership, no accountability on leadership, leadership was arrogant and did not care about anybody but themselves. This was well known under Reinsurance.
