Pros

Start up company so there is hope that they'll get their act together. They are also a spin off of MetLife which may help in the process.

Cons

No warning when they let you go. I've seen it happen several times in my short stay. If they talk coaching and feedback, they should give you some feedback. Not knowing you're "not a fit" is frustrating.

Pros

Company is in a growth stage, but has a solid foundation that'll only flourish with the new direction the company is taking. Managers, VP's, etc are some of the smartest people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Excellent benefits with constant activities to engage the employees.

Cons

A few bad apples that are floating by and are overlooked due to a busy environment, but hopefully those will weed out in time.
