Pros

Generous PTO /Benefits Overtime is offered frequently

Cons

Hard to get PTO approved/AllCall has been part of brightree for a couple of years now. It is inefficient, call center software is antiquated. Too much nepotism . I do not see a difference between now and before being acquired

Employees were friendly and very helpful.

Cons

Management wanted you to complete the work of 2 or more people but did not want to compensate you for it. Need better benefits for a company that size.
