Pros

This is a big company with real chances for advancement yet it has a small company feel to it. Work enviroment is casual. Benefits are much better than average and the PTO is generous.

Cons

There are no regualr reviews or raises so you need to ask for a raise if you think you deserve one.

Pros

I worked at Brightree for over four years and found the team there passionate and focused on providing exceptional software solutions to the post-acute care market. During my tenure, we grew each quarter (and remember, ths was during a bad economy), and created growth opportunities for our team members. Brightree provided good benefits and a great place for SMEs to spread their wings.

Cons

Brightree is a growing company, and with growth comes opportunities to evolve. That's not really a con, though. Just be prepared to be flexible.
