Pros

Great Benefits. Unlimited Flexible time off for Salaried employees. All major Holidays off. My role has great work life balance.

Cons

Work life Balance is not consistent across the company. Some roles have more freedoms including working at places other then your home while other areas require you to only work within your home.

Pros

PTO used to be great (before it became heavily restricted). a remote job The job itself is straightforward if you're okay with constant micromanagement.

Cons

1. Extreme Micromanagement: Leadership constantly monitors every move, making the work environment stressful and suffocating. 2. Zero Diversity in Leadership: There is little to no representation among managers or team leads, which affects inclusivity and decision-making. 3. Forced Workload Expansion: You're frequently forced to take on more accounts without a say or additional pay, even when juggling multiple assignments. 4. Chaotic Scheduling Staffing Issues: Due to constant call-outs and under-staffing, employees are randomly switched between accounts daily, making it impossible to settle into a consistent workflow. 5. PTO Is Now Over-Policed: Vacation requests must be submitted months in advance, or they will likely be denied. Previously, requests could be approved within weeks, but now, last-minute needs (even emergencies) require documentation to justify. 6. Poor Communication; Constant Changes: Policies, procedures, and expectations change regularly, but management does a terrible job of informing employees. This results in confusion and embarrassment when trying to assist customers. 7. No True Work-Life Balance: The rigid scheduling makes flexibility impossible. 8. Holidays Cut: Previously, we had MLK Day and Presidents' Day off, but those were taken away and replaced with "floating holidays"—which aren’t truly flexible because employees scramble to claim days off, and management strategically blocks high-demand days (Fridays and Mondays) to prevent staffing gaps. **Also, they are constantly promoting overtime to compensate for staffing issues every day they promote overtime what job you need to make an announcement every day to sway folks to do overtime think about it, I truly hate it here and the customers constantly being rude makes it worst
