      Pros

      The people who work here are amazing! Advancement potential Fast paced No two days are ever the same (will not get bored) Company and departments are goal oriented Constantly evolving Continuing education

      Cons

      No structured employee evaluations Turnover (I don't think it's any more or less than another company but when you're running a company very lean, the loss of one person can make a huge difference) Company is experiencing some growing pains (I thrive in this type of environment, others may not)

      Pros

      Loved my co workers, they were awesome.

      Cons

      You work your employees without proper training and with horrible supervisors until they just don't have the energy to fight anymore and they walk away.

      Pros

      Very laid back environment, can come to work as you please. No real time you have to be there, come in when you feel like it. Dress code is nice as well. Only thing you cannot wear in this office is sweat pants. So you are very comfortable.

      Cons

      The same as the above. It can be good and bad. No real accountability, not good for a work environment in my opinion. The worse offenders of the come in when you want from the higher ups in this company.
