Great company to work for. As a start up it's paid attention to what other companies have done and went in the opposite direction. The best thing a company can do is pay attention, and Brightspeed does.

Cons

Only con is the inherited applications from prior company at purchase. But Brightspeed has a plan for that

Highly collaborative teams. Customer focused culture. NOT reactionary and short-term focused, like many publicly traded companies. No nonsense environment where progress is the mission and failure is just learning opportunities

Cons

Start-up-like environment means not as many support systems and lack of clear processes in many instances, despite it being a multi-billion dollar company.
