      Pros

      Launching a superior fiber product in communities with limited or inferior internet options. Empowered to drive my business unit in a fast paced startup environment where it is encourage to test and learn, fail fast and try again.

      Cons

      As typical in the first year of a startup, a lot of focus has to be put on building the foundation before you are able to fulling launch innovative marketing plans. This is a short term challenge though.

      Pros

      This company is all about customer service, and they really mean it. I've worked for other companies that say they care about customer service but that wasn't true.

      Cons

      They are still new so they have a lot to figure out. They are working things out quickly, though.
