Pros

Very chill and fun work environment. Paid snacks and occasional lunches. Colleagues are more like friends and there isn't too much commission based competition. It's more like a team and goals are quite achievable.

Cons

Obviously working in sales means working weird hours, but the part time employees always get the short end of the stick.

Supportive management and achievable sales quotas

I love working here and really find as sales associates we get great support from management. I was worried originally about the sales quotas, but after working with the team for a while, you really do get the support and encouragement needed from management.

Cons

You have to work overtime some days from time to time.
