• Collaborative environment – management team appreciates suggestions and works with individuals on seeing them through • Growth opportunity – I started in one role and took on some new challenges, loved where it took me and wanted to advance in a new department. My team was very supportive of this and helped guide me along the way. • Great culture! – every month there was some sort of inner office activity the HR team put on. It was always SO creative and a great opportunity to step away from your desk and interact with departments you don’t see regularly. • Professional & articulate team!

Cons

• Extremely fast paced! I don’t particularly see this as a con but if this is not an environment you thrive in than Brilliant Earth isn’t the right company for you.

Pros

Great Mission, nice office, wonderful department managers, friendly coworkers. They expanded their space and it was a nice place to work, but there were not enough people on the teams to execute our duties.

Cons

Way understaffed, poor HR team, bad communication of policies, did not give managers enough authority over their teams. This company is great in their mission, but does not really create an environment that makes any employee want to stick around.
