Pros
Great coworkers and an excellent mission focused environment. The training was phenomenal and made you feel confident talking to customers. We worked in a team environment that was extremely supportive. Overall, there was usually a pretty good morale in the office. It didn't hurt that there were always new shiny things to look at and show your customers! I have yet to find anything like BE! It's a hard company to top!
Cons
Working every weekend could be challenging at times. There's also a blackout PTO period during the holidays, so it helps if your family lives nearby.
