      Pros

      The work environment at Brilliant Earth is very dynamic. You get plenty of opportunities to progress and learn. The culture is very friendly and diverse. The upper management always encourages you to share your creative ideas and solutions. My co-workers were always ready to help in any situation and the team spirit is very strong. The HR department and the administration department are always coming up with ways to keep the work days full of fun - outings, picnics, lunches, events, etc I truly enjoyed working at Brilliant Earth and would have continued to do so if my family did not have to relocate.

      Brilliant Earth is a great place to work. The company is comprised of smart, hard-working, motivated, fun, mission-oriented folks. I enjoy coming to work and being a part of a project I believe in, and a special moment in our customers' lives.

      I have been working at Brilliant Earth for over three years. What I have loved most about my job is the collaborative environment and the growth opportunities. Everyone on the Operations, Marketing, Financing and Sales Teams is motivated, hardworking, mission-driven and a lot of fun, so working together is really enjoyable. We have created a tight-knit Brilliant Earth Family filled with people who know how to work hard and get the job done, while simultaneously keeping the office environment fun and happy. Additionally, there are numerous growth opportunities. I started working as an operations associate, transferred to sales and now I am one of the sales managers. I have been able to build a path at the company and I have learned so much on the way! Also, the company really encourages employees to think of ways to improve growth and processes on a daily basis. If there is a problem, we are all asked to find viable solutions. Everyone is asked to think outside of the box and inspire change, and I think that an environment that induces such innovative thinking so frequently is really hard to come by.
