I’ve had a very positive experience working here, especially when it comes to the company culture. The environment is highly collaborative, and people genuinely care about each other’s success and well-being. Leadership actively encourages open communication, making it easy to share ideas and opinions. It’s clear that contributions are valued, and I feel like my work has a meaningful impact on both my team and the overall business. Lastly, I’m motivated every day by the company’s mission. It’s inspiring to be part of a company that changes the jewelry industry and is so committed to making a positive difference, and it’s rewarding to see that mission reflected in both strategic decisions and daily actions.

Pros

The benefits and pay are on par with market rate. Occasionally you are offered a 50% discount on jewelry.

Cons

Ethically, this is not a good company to work for. The products are sub par and fall apart/break constantly. Customers are really screwed over and a main part of the job is talking down angry customers without any information or help (and frankly, knowing they should be angry). The pay for sales people is TERRIBLE. The commission isn't worth it and you have to work long hours understaffed.
