Pros

1. Work-life balance 2. Personal growth to some extent (few projects) 3. Flexible timing (most of the projects) 4. Independence to work 5. Very good peers 6. Avg Compensation for freshers 7. Good HR culture 8. Some managers behave like friends and not manager. The best thing i liked

Cons

1. Some managers do micromanage you and irritate you which might be demotivating 2. Very few onsite opportunities (it may seem that the opportunities are more, but sometime politics play an imp role. Again depends on project) 3. Learning stops at a point of time where u should start considering other opportunities 4. Few managers are soooooo stupid that they neither understand technology nor management. In this case either move to another project or escape. Never try to make that manager understand something

Just not the right place

Pros

Except for a few hardworking individuals even at leadership level there are not too many pros in this place. just that there is flexible work time.

Cons

The leadership brags about new know how and innovation unsure if they really understand what they are saying. there was a impressive leadership a few years ago with many changes coming over there is too much uncertainty in this place. The HR policies are pathetic,s hardly any growth or development opportunities, limited learning opportunities. But every leader talks like they will change overnight. Hardly any truth in what they say. Compensation is good for new entrants, once they have come in one should be prepared for minimal hikes. Old employees are forced to move out for the kind of compensation they pay, there is no parity at any level in the company. Highly political environment and many leaders get involved in high political drama which is visible at any level. Employees are treated like mere bodies, if not this then next! motivate existing employees for performance and productivity.
