      Pros

      - Very tight-nit group of people - Plenty of freedom given to young engineers on how to manage their time during the day - No micro-management, given plenty of opportunities to lead projects - Employee ownership

      Cons

      - A lot of growth happening very quickly, will be interesting to see if we can maintain the same small-company type atmosphere with many new faces coming in every month.

      Pros

      My favorite part about Brinkmann is the amount of responsibility they give you. They give you enough of a leash while being there to help and answer your questions every step of the way. At times, you can be "thrown into the fire" so to speak, but that is the best way to learn. I've grown a lot in my time with Brinkmann so far. Construction is a very rewarding field and it's even more rewarding with the responsibility you're given.

      Cons

      At times, Brinkmann can feel less collaborative than it actually is. With so many projects and so much experience, there isn't much Brinkmann doesn't have experience with yet many times we find ourselves "inventing the wheel". There needs to be additional collaboration with people who have similar projects/experiences.
