      You get paid ontime, decent benifits.

      Cons

      Worst subcontractors I have experienced in my 42 year career. Zero office support for field. Unqualified project managers and a very high turnover rate. They have a broken chain of command and dispute their " open door policy" you will be terminated before they address issues. Very hostile work environment. They talk a good game but reality is they don't back it up.

      Pros

      Brinkmann has a small company feel, while working nation wide and constructing a wide variety of projects. Each role has freedom to grow and allows each employee take on more responsibility as quickly as they can handle.

      Rapid growth creates difficulties in finding enough employees to keep up
