Everything from the pay, the culture, and work you do. Enjoy working 60+ hours on a Salary based on a 40 hour work week with no additional compensation, and I hope you enjoy getting marching orders at the last minute.

Lack of Structure Lack of Company Culture Poor training from corporate and locally Prefer to keep friends as employees than properly train Inability to manage employees Inability to provide a career path if you're not a chosen employee. Favoritism (especially towards white males)
